97 cav passenger mirror replacement

I'm in need of some help. I have a 97 2dr coupe 2.2 cav. I'm trying to replace the passenger side mirror, it's the manual remote/non-heat/non-folding type. I can't figure out how to disconnect the power from it. Do I need to pull the wire all the way from the driver side switch? If so, how do I go about doing that? I would appreciate help of any kind.

Thanks
