95 dodge Caravan Fuel Pump Circuit

I have a 95 Caravan, wouldn't start and I opened up the fuel pump filter hoses, no fuel flow. Where is the fuel pump fuse for this vehicle, there was nothing in the fuse block that showed fuel pump fuse, someone mentioned it was number 16?? Before I remove the fuel pump and replace it I want to make sure it is getting the voltage and there just isn't a blown fuse or open link somewhere. I do not see the fuel pump circuit shown in my Chilton Manual. I swapped all the relays under the hood also and still no fuel flow when turning over.

Re: 95 dodge Caravan Fuel Pump Circuit

I believe the the fuel pump is in the fuel tank.
on my 89 2.5 L the power is supplied thru the auto shut down relay which is mounted along the left front fender under the hood closest to the driver.
yous is probably the same.this relay requires an ignition signal from the ignition key being in the run position. i cannot recommend for yours without knowing much more.
