I'm not sure where exactly they are in LA, but Import Builders in Fullerton, V Spec in Baldwin Park, Holeshot Racing. I've heard of more, but these seem to be a few of the more reliable shops. I've heard really good things about Import Builders.

I think Place Racing just sells the mounts for the swaps, but doesn't actually do them. I coudl be wrong though.
