I was just wondering if it’s possible to put 16” rims, “for the winter”, on a 2004 Jetta GLI 1.8T. The stocks r 18 obviously but I was just wondering if the calipers were too big to fit 16 inch rims on. I’m going with 16s cuz it’s the winter and I don’t wonna fuck the stocks up. I already found a good deal on rims and tiyers but the problem is that it’s online so if thiey don’t fit than I’m screwed.
Well actually it’s not my car it’s my buddies. So look at that paragraph as he was writing it. lol And I did try to convince him not to drive that car in the snow but he won’t listen. So he might as well get some snow tiyers cuz driven in the snow with racing tiyers could be a bitch, no it is a bitch he already found that out. So before he gets into an accident, can 16” rims fit on a 2004 Jetta GLI 1.8T.
Thanks
