The original engine was at 250,000 miles when I swapped in a 7mgte from a MKIII. With even a few mods you can get 300rwhp which in a 2900 pound car is pretty damn nice. :) The MKII list is a good place to start if you have questions. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mk2/ And for the MKII page: www.celicasupra.com (http://www.celicasupra.com) ACCORD EX 03-06-2002, 05:30 PM thnx WADE ! but i am not intending to swap engines ! ( not in now at least ! ) but thnx anyway ! MIKE HaZe 03-13-2002, 10:50 PM I started out with a 90 supra turbo, now i'm the proud owner of a 97 supra turbo. The third generation supras are very nice i think, mine was really reliable and held up to 278k miles. They're fairly cheap too, with 6 grand I had the car, NOS, downpipe and exhaust, bcc and speed eliminator, metal head gasket, intake, gauge pod and boost control. I never took it to the track but man that car was fast for my first car. I highly reccomend u buy one for ur first car, if u buy a MKIV, seriously, I think you'd kill yourself. hope this helps, i'm out 1 shawn Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
