Wheel Nut TorqueJimmyGold 12-09-2004, 12:30 AM My owner's manual says my wheel nut torque should be 100lbs, however most torque guides say 70-80lbs for the 12X 1.5mm stud diameter. I am currently running 15X8 eagle alloy 146 rims. Which one should I follow? I just retorqued them all to 80lbs, that helped to ease some vibration I was feeling due to repeated over torqueing with an air wrench by various service facilities. Thanks BlazerLT 12-09-2004, 01:48 AM You never use an air wrench and set your wheels to 100lbs like the book states for your wheels.
