radio doesnt hold time

The radio wlill not hold the time after I set it and shut the van down. Does this sound like a bad ground or is this another type of problem or is it common on these?

Possible memory fuse, stations are held in memory?

Same problem

I'm having this same problem in my 1993 4.3L G20.

Check to see if the radio has a constant power wire. and see if it is disconnected.
