car starts but won't stay on

this morning it was raining so I took of my cai and put my other intake on. After I did this I took the car for a little drive and I punched it a few times, and the last time it was at about 6rpm's and it like bogged out. But it stayed on and I kept going. After that I cam to a stop and my idle was really low like between 200-500 and when I gave it gas to go it bogged then picked up again around 2500. so, I put my other intake back on and tried it again this time vtec didn't kick in. now my car will start but then just dies right after. Sorry for the long post, hopefully anybody can help me.

Check any vacuum hoses or wires that you might have accidentally unplugged while changing them.
