Re: D16z camshaft choices

out of them the most agressive would make the most power now i'm pretty sure stage 2s will want new vavles etc for a good run.

how indepth are you planning to go with your car?
A mild cam like the crane would be great for a DD with lil more power while crowers stage 2 would want a bit comp and also net you more power but needs more gas and have a slight lope in idle *its sexy trust me*

there are numerous other options. i am not a fan of chipped ecu's. esp. ecu's that are not chipped for YOUR engine (as most of them are not) when you buy something like that you don't know what you will end up with. it might even take away power. if you want to mess with the computer do it right and get something else. hondata, or uberdata for example. something that can be tuned as your needs change

Re: D16z camshaft choices

You're going to want a new valve train if you swap camshafts. I'd go for the Crower cams myself.
