I replace alot of parts only runs when wants to. Such as the fuel pump will only come on every once in a while replaced it still does it. Also replace the relay I was reading could the oil pressure sending unit act as a fuel pump cut off or could it might be a shorted wire or ECM any help would be great.

I would start looking at the grounds to the fuel pump. The oil pressure switch can cut fuel if it's too low (below 7 5 psi I think) They are cheap if you wanna eliminate that, But definatly pull, check, clean and reattach your fuel pump grounds
