Vanity Exterrior painting...
Well since i am a neat freek when it comes to my cars appearence... I reacently removed the pin striping from my car.. 1 problem... Last oct 2003 i had a break in through the passenger front door... had it fixed at the dealership body shop... had problems with them during that time with the management... got car back 5 days later.... worked looked good, but no love put in it... well now that i am taking the pinstriping (PS) off... they fuckin clear coated over the old PS then put new PS over it... I was Livid to find that out, since i know thats a chop job... i went back to the body shop last thursday and was glad to see a new manager working... i explained the situation and he said they would fix the problem their cost. But i aslo have a few other things i want to get patched and re done... and for those with painting experience lemme know if these prices are reasonable....
1) Fix and repaint bottom of door where weather striping on the rocker pannels touches and locks water against the doors and repair a nickel size rust spot in my gas re-fuel door.... $150
2) Fill and fix the dent previous owners put in passenger side rocker pannel from jacking the car up improperly....$80-100
