will 20 inch rims fit on a 1992 Ford Taurus?er4ce186 11-30-2004, 05:29 PM Does anyone know if 20x8.5 rims will fit on a 1992 Ford Taurus without lifting the car or making any alterations to the car itself because I do not know if the wheel well is large enough. If you would please respond or reply here or e-mail me at er4ce186@sbcglobal.net I would gladly appreciate it. Thanks. drdisque 12-01-2004, 12:30 AM you may have to roll the rear fender, I've seen 20's on a Gen 3 but the Gen 2 has those funky rear fenders. make sure you use the smallest 20" tires you can find.
