I'm gonna have to disagree on that one bro. I happen to have a Universal with a custom 2 1/4" setup and its very nice. Great sound and excellent power response for HALF the money of a vehicle specific setup. My buddy just had a custom exhaust made for his 93 RX-7 and it uses a universal dual-canister muffler with custom mandrel bent 3" piping and he saved almost $300. So, unless these vehicle specific systems can make claims of over 10 hp more then a custom job, I'm sticking to custom setups.

i agree and yes i might be able to squeez 1,2, maybe 3 more hp out of a vehicle specific exhuast but is that really worth the 300+
