OK so im a Silvia/240sx freak. I own one so what can i say. I really dont know anything about the history of this car but i would love to if anybody knows an English site i can look it up. Also i desperately need reference photos if anyone can help. the instructions are Japanese so im kinda eyeballing this one.

Looking good, I like this type of cars...no matter the brand. Could you please put the pics on top of each other so one doesn't have to side scroll? It's a pain in the butt IMO. Looking forward to see this built.

Man that thing is a bewinged beast, almost out does the Audi S1! I'm sure you'll sort it without english instructions. Looking very good in primer so far.

Hey Raider! anyhow it will get its first white coat tomorrow and ill post pics. but all i have is some Tamiya TS-7 Racing White or some Dupli-color Frost White. TS-7 is kinda pearly and yellow.... well youlll see it tomorrow.

I don't think Racing White will look right on this car. The box image has quite a bright, clean white. Not like TS-7 at all. Or have you got some other livery in mind?

This pic is of a slightly different car, but hey, I thought, why not add it, as it's a bit bigger then the other two...

That thing looks cool. My favourite car in Gran Turismo 2 was the Skyline Silhouette. That thing could beat anything. Nice work.
It does look abit high doesn't it.

Hey, you're welcome!
I just had those pics on my harddisk...
I ve never seen this car IRL, although I d like very much!
I don't think the paint is metallic, I think it should be more like tamiya chrome yellow.
If I were you I d try to lower it, and maybe thin the insides of the wheelwells a bit, so it looks more realistic.
GOod luck

ive rectified the ride height problem. its sitting pretty good now. I had to cut off the front of the battery tray(see bottom pic) and ill have to cut down the front of the interior tub as well. Decals are giving me a problem on rear fender so i might strip them and paint lightning bolt instead. the kit came with 2 sheets of decal and i was going to make a street Silvia with same livery but to much headache. rear fender decal is 5 pieces and are to small. what to do....

i like it so far  just one question, was the body molded in one piece or are the aero parts add ons?

The rear wing and rear fenders have to be glued on.... But decals would work better if you glued the painted fender flares to the body after painting the body and then decalling the door... Just a note.

Where did you get that kit? I've been looking forever for it and still havent had much luck. And I'm also looking for the S12 Impul Turbo Silhouette. The one you have shown is the S11/S110. The S12 came with pop-up headlights which they modded... it's in the picture of the Silvia in the garage.
