Wondering about 1993 v6 auto to manual trans swap

The engine has over 150k miles on it. I am assuming the trans is the origional also. This car is my go to work vehicle, but I am very unhappy with automatic transmissions. Is there a motor/trans swap that anyone would recommend? If not, what which trans did the manual v6s come with? Thanks for your time and help.

Just look for a 93 with the same v6 motor that has a five speed tranny. Just remember that you have to route a clutch through the firewall. there should be a punch out somewhere in the firewall for the clutch. I'd say just deal with the Auto or buy a car with the 5-Spd already in it.

I agree with Matts3100, deal with the auto or buy another car with a manual trans. Changing to a manual transmission would be more work than its worth.
