Remember that you will mostly find crank horsepower not wheel horsepower.
If you go to the AEMpower site you will find a dyno sheet for the US Lancer (4G94) that has the stock wheel hp and tourque. I believe that it is something around 115ft/lbs tq and 110 WHP.
