I found an 87 Nissan Stanza Wagon. Front Wheel drive. 159,000 miles.
Guy has done a lot to it. Has new tires. He says it has a tiny oil leak if you run it 85-90mph and then park it. 65-70 mph does not give it to you.
Runs good. Wanting $1500. Any comments or suggestions? I was just looking for something with good gas mileage and cheap.

I would check on the oil leak. Why is the car leaking? Where is the leak coming from? The leak could get worse after you buy it...and that would really suck. How is the interior on the car? Has it ever been in an accident? It sounds like a pretty fair price to me, maybe a little high, but not much.

i have a 1988 nissan stanza wagon its great, 125000 miles and just a cute little car. i got mine from a guy for 600 bones though... 1500 seems a little steep unless its in very good condition. mine has good body and decent mechanical so i dont know... id haggle a little, but definately a great car
