Headlight Problem

I have a 94 Astro with a 4.6l v6.

For some reason, my headlights stopped working. The brights work, but the dims dont! I replaced both headlights this past summer when one burned out with Sylvania Halogens. They were fine for a few months now, but when I went to turn them on two days ago, nada.

Fuses all good. Any ideas?
