Hi. I'm new to this site. I hope someone can help. I have a '91 350 tbi with 134k niles on it. I am looking for a cam thats has low end. Also what parts would I need to change or replace to install a new cam. last I want a cam that has a stock idle or at least a small lope.

By low end, do you mean low-end torque? What would you like to use the truck for? Off-roading, simply every-day driving, etc?

Check out: http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/CategoryDisplay?cgmenbr=361&cgrfnbr=144630

You will also want lifters, valve springs (especially if you get a cam that has any additional lift over stock), and probably a timing chain. Those are just the basic things that I would reccomend so that the new cam doesn't stress out the old parts to much

Hope that helps a little

I would like more low end torque. The truck is my daily drive. Something mild would be nice. I haul stuff every once in a while also. My truck is lowered if that helps any. I also want it to get off the line faster and cruise on the freeway.
