i just drove my wifes camry to the atm about 3 miles away (one way) and the temp did not rise above 1/4 . it was 61F outside but i have driven to work in the low 40s before and it was fine. is it my thermostat? i just want to be sure.thanks

Yes, it is probably your thermostat.
