turboed engine blew

I am trying to get an idea of the value of a nicely modified 1998 Civic EX turbo that just lost its engine (number one connecting rod broke during high speed run and punched hole in block). On Autotrader.com, look for a black Civic EX at zip code 54449 (central Wisconsin) selling for $7995 before the engine blew. Feel free to send me an e-mail if you have ideas or questions. Thanks.

$7995 was before engine blew

Thanks. The $7995 price was before the engine blew. I wanted to get $9000 for the complete car -- it was running very well -- but dropped the price down to $7995 to get it sold before it snows. I will re-set the price lower once I get a good idea of its value. The new price will include everything, even a set of excellent all-season tires on steel wheels for winter use. It would be perfect for somebody who wanted to do an engine swap like installing a DOHC.
