A-pillar pod removal

I'd like to run some wiring inside the drivers' side A-pillar pod and wondering what's involved to remove the factory piece and reinstall it?? Seems like it's on there pretty tight.

How difficult is it to remove and replace and what would the procedure be?? I have a 2001 Silverado ext.

Thanks!!

Re: A-pillar pod removal

Just pull on it, It should snap off, and when your done, it should just snap right back into place. Of course remove all handles or anything thats screwed to the pillar before (like inthe tahoes)
