carmenleila AF Newbie Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: portland, Oregon Posts: 6	need to know size of allen socket for front brakes I want to change my front brake pads on my '89 astro today, but i don't have a set of allen sockets that the haynes guide says i'll need, so if possible i'd like to find out the size i'll need so i can just buy that one before i take my wheels off. Does anyone happen to know?

But I know that most part stores will carry it in the HELP section. ktiwefly AF Newbie Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: New Bedford, Massachusetts Posts: 5	Like the guy said you can find out from the part store but in my experience with chevys it has been either a T52 torx bit or a 3/8 allen. Good luck.
