help my fog lights dont work

i just put in some oem style fog light in my civic and they wont turn on. The swtch says there is power but they wont come on any help please its a 92 civic hatch

get a voltemeter from a hardware store, see if u have a problem with ur wires or switch or sumthin, maybe ur ground
