its got locked rear and sits on 36 with 22re 5speed and suggestions??

sorry people i was in a hurry when i lasted posted uhhhh ya it already has a 3inch body lift and 3 in suspention lift rear lock has 35 inch tires and is a flat bed well kind of it looks like the guy toook off the bed and welded a few bars to hold stuff, uhh the interior is decent and only one dent in the passenger door

IS THIS A GOOD PROJECT??
SHOULD I BUY IT OR SHOULD I BUY AN 87 EITH 32 inch tires and a blown head gasket?
