1995 Pathfinder:

I'll lock my doors and then start to walk away and the doors randomly unlock. Anybody seen this problem?

Had a simaliar problem, found it was the rear hatch causing the problem. There are some fixes for the hatch lack on this site

Sometimes the door lock linkage inside the door just needs some greasing and/or lube to keep it from sticking. What happens is that sometimes the linkage will ALMOST be all the way in the locked or unlocked position, but not quite all the way, so tension on the linkage from the ungreased/lubed parts makes it go back unlocked to relieve the tension on the linkage. All you have to do is take your door panel off, get in there and give the joints/contact points some lube, usually.

I'm still having the problem. I did take the panel off and spray some silcon lube on the mechanism with no luck. I probably need to use some better lube, just havn't got around to it. Post a relpy if you have any luck.

take the drivers side door panel off ..remove the plastic sheeting and locate the sliding door locking pin.. it is fixed with a screw that is lochtited . undo the screw and move the sliding pin towards the latch and tighten up good luck

I had the same problem with my pathfinder. The problem with these SUV's is simple. All the computer controls including the security system is located under both seats. If moisture gets into them they don't work right. The keyless entry control is under the front drivers seat chances are at some point it got wet and shorted. It's about $200 to replace it or you could remove it and try to clean the corosion off the curcuit board.
