HFP Package?
I was wondering if i could order the HFP package from my dealer even after i've purchased my 04 civic si. Can i go back to the dealer, have them order it and install it, or does it have to come already installed?

Re: HFP Package?
yah you can go back and get it, but isn't it like $3000 or something like that. I like the factory lip kit and wheels and all the greatness that comes with the HFP, but it's a lot of money for it.

Re: HFP Package?
Leather seats, didn't think they made them for the civic. Is that included with the HFP package? That would be awesome to have.

Re: HFP Package?
The HFP package doesn't include any performance modifications does it?

Re: HFP Package?
Maybe tuned suspension, but that would be it.

Re: HFP Package?
Yep, It's supposed to have a tuned suspension which it says on my brochure.

Re: HFP Package?
More than likely that was a dealer only option.

Re: HFP Package?
Looking through both the 04 and the new 05 brochure and don't see leather seats or the civic logo option anywhere. I've checked three times too. If I ever go back to the dealership, I'll ask about it. If it's an option though, must be a pretty expensive one though.

I have an 04 si, myself. Yes you can order the HFP kit after purchase, I'm not sure about the body kit price. I checked the wheel and suspension pkg, and if i recall, it added up to something like 650 per wheel basically. I'm not sure if that included new tires, but i doubt it. I might just butcher the warranty, and buy my own stuff. I found a Mugen website too, all in japanese unfortunately. They make some really cool bits though for the Si. I know the JDM 04 Civic Type R, the Japanese version of the Si, is way more powerful (try 210hp) w/ a different cylinder head. I love the official Mugen, not Mugen like, body kit though. Wings West makes some cool ones too. Here is the Mugen link http://www.mugen-power.com/street/04civic/index.html ..... If you click parts, all the categories it links you to are in japanese, but you can click on em and see what they got, and they break down like: body, suspension, engine..etc. etc. I can't tell you exactly where a dealer is here in the US either, but i'm sure someone in the states knows how to get this stuff.

Oh, by the way, these guys seem to be the main Mugen dealer for the US. I see the web catalog is quite lacking in the 02-05 Civic Si parts. I haven't contacted them yet. I'm not quite ready to spend the loot, for one thing. I'd imagine anythin Mugen would most likely come through them. They sell alot of other brand stuff too though. Anyhow, here it is. http://www.kingmotorsports.com/
