My Version Of Coddington's Crazy Horse"

This is my interpretation of Boyd's 1:1 build. His was a 1965 GT, Mine is a 1966 Shelby GT-350. Wheel and tires are from a diecast, and lots of other aftermarket and scratchbuilt goodies went into this one. I wanted to bring a "theme" car to the NNL's. I think this should fit the category.

DaveT

Scratchbuilt "Street rod" style mirrors.

And the display base it will be sitting on has a mirror to see the undercarriage. I made these out of 9X4 clear and mirrored 1/8" plexiglass with 1/2 inch dowels.

Nicely done.
I'm not usually a big fan of low profile tires on muscular cars.
But yours looks nice!

Hope to see you here in Atlanta in a couple weekends.
