air bag light ?

yesterday morning, i get into my truck and start it up as usual, only as i got driving, i noticed my air bag light in the instrument panel was staying on and not goin away, is there a problem with my air bags? i don't want to be driving down the road and have them deploy for no reason, i don't really care if they don't work, because i'm not a big fan of airbags anyway, anybody else have or had this problem?

I dont mean to bring back an old post, as you probably have it fixed by now...

I had the same problem with mine, noticed it while test driving it. After looking under the drivers seat, I found that the seat sensor had just come unplugged. I plugged it in, and havent had any problems since.
