god dammit i was going home from church just now and my speakers just went off.. i am soo freaken pissed!!!
can any1 help me get them retarded speakers out? cause im thinking bout replacing the speakers my self wit the speakers from my stereo. i dont have money for the audio express 1$ install cause i need money to replace my brakes ahhaha

To get to the rear speakers you have to take the back seat out, then unscrew about 4 screws in that panel, then pop that off and voila!
For fronts just take off door panel.

Also, if your speakers just "went off" that may be a short somewhere or a loose connection, not blown spakers. Do they even work at all now? Busted speakers should still work, except they would be very distorted and rattle when bass hits. Either way, check both and let me know.

Well ok, but when you get new spekers, I HIGHLY recommend Polk Audio im not sure what EXACT model I have, and I dont feel like removing panels just to tell you. But Polk Audio is what I have and nothing is to over powering (if you have your settings right) it all flows together, strong deep thumping bass, clear crisp treble AWESOME mids and highs.....yah, highly recommended. Oh and I got 6" Speakers all around. Some people do 6x9 in the rear but I went with 6"...their just better IMO.

OK, I never really paid attention to the top of my dashboard, even after 3 years, but I was wondering if there are speakers on the top of the dash. I would just go outside to check them but I let my brother borrow my car, so I can drive his 350z.

Infinity Kappas in the front did it for me. Theyre tiny but can *pound* like they are twice their size. I'd look into those.

to get the front tweeters out use something flat like a box cutter/utility knife what ever you would like to call it and just pry em up

ok i got a choice between replacing all 4 speakers or get a new amp and 2 good speaker in the back.. which 1 is better? stock amp on 4 weak speakers or good amp wit 2 good speakrs in the back? btw its audio express $1 install
