Rs6

Why isnt the Audi RS6 available on the US market????.Does it not meet regulations or is Audi too afraid that it will decline in sales......Will they ever export the RS6 to the USDM??? or is it a stictly Euro-exclusive car

They did release a limited amout of them here in 2003. My friend's dad has one, along with a BMW M5, Ford Thunderbird, BMW X5, and BMW Z3. They cost about $80-$90,000. But you could find one for about $50,000 now.

i think only about 900 (thats what i remember hearing) were sold state side, and from the beginning it was only going to on sale for a year. they redesigned the A6 for the 2005 model year so im guessing that they were kinda testing the waters in a way to see the response and then see if theyre going to sell it in the states with the redesigned body. but thats just my guess.

That would be sweet. A new RS6 would be off the hook. If Audi doesn't (MikeLee2484, we've already discussed this part), then there's one more niche lost to BMW and Benz . But If and when they do, it better be released in the US for more than a year. But that RS6 would be a sick car.
