I installed the trek masters on my rear axle. These are much better than the OEM shocks. I got them thru truckperformance.com. I have no idea how they compare to the after market Bilsteins.

For 6 years I had been driving my TRD 4x4 V6 for commuting and offroad in the marshland (mud) here in the Delta here in CA on the weekend (to access those great fishing spots). I finally decided to replaced all my shocks. For my purpose, function & for the $$$, I had choosen the Monroe "SensaTrac" shocks. So now my ride on the highway & the gravel road was so comportable and still it is tough & rough enough to take care of those nasty mud holes. I just don't know how long the good ride will last.
