2.2L Coil Pack Connections

Just a heads up. I recently had a problem with my #3 Cyl Misfiring and realised That the haynes manual stated the Wire order on the Coil Pack is 1-3-4-2. My engine was running rough as hell and i noticed 3 and 4 Cyl were not firing so after an long ordeal i decided to swap postions to 1-4-3-2 and it started running fire. If anyone can check to make sure this is the correct order it would be great.

Nate.

Nskains, the haynes manual more than likely was wrong on the firing order for your 2.2L. Don't sweat it if it's running fine now! It's not uncommon for haynes, chiltons, etc.. to have typo's & errors.

Talking firing order

Thanks for the post. Nobody around here carries manuals and I pulled a braniac and didn't look at the order before I pulled all the wires. It runs great now.
