Does anyone know of a fix to the wheel stud problem? Different pitch studs and nuts or different manufacturer studs?
I 've tried lessening the torque value and using anti sieze no help..

I bought new studs and nuts at NAPA for one wheel, used some anti-sieze and havn't had a problem since. At 7 bucks a piece for the nuts (which included both washers) and then 3 bucks for each stud it got a bit pricey just to do one wheel. The shine of the new lug nuts is nice though!

How long have you had them and how many time have you had the wheels of ( like tire changes or rotations)?

I think I installed them about April of this year and I've had the wheels off a couple times since then.

exactly how tight are you putting them
that is where the problem usually exist if I remember correct the torque on the lugs is only 67lbs ftany tighter and you are asking for trouble the problem is not with the studs its the lug nut itself take a close look at the base of it, it's very thin and when overtorqued it mushrooms the poor thing and when you try to remove it after that it will hang up on the stud buy yourself a tap 12mmx1.25 if you need clean your nuts out everytime you remove them and refasten them using neverseize

I think the last time I looked it up it said 80 ft lbs, but that my have been Chiltons. I'd like to see the real number from Isuzu or Honda.
As for my nuts, I try to get my wife to clean them:}
