wiper arms - painting them

My windshield wiper arms have the paint worn off pretty bad and I want to paint them.

Any suggestions for techniques on this? Types of paint or sites ,or ware i can get the right paint from, etc.

use 1000 grade wet & dry and the spray them with any reputable car pain
