Does anyone know how to program the remotes for a 95 or have a link?

I just called the dealer and this is what he told me

Open Door
Insert Key
Ignition ON OFF 3x
Close Door
Remove key
Insert Key
Ignition ON OFF 3x
Locks should cycle
Push Lock & Unlock on remote

I dont have the truck here to try but will try tonite
