96 Suburban 5.7L 350 highway hesiation

My 96 Suburban is hesitating on the highway at 60 mph (100 km/h) and above when the truck is at steady speed down hills (or even slight inclines). Once the truck is going up a slight incline (still holding throttle steady) the engine uses a little more power to maintain speed and the hesitation goes away. Other thread with 97 Yukon with same problem someone said "fuel injectors" but didn't say if that fixed the problem on their truck or if this was what they thought was the problem.
Help me out if you can....

In the post it should say still hesitates even when on slight declines, not inclines. Posts appreciated
