I own a 1992 Honda Accord EX, still running well after 165,000 miles gotta luv those hondas. But ofcourse she does have some quirks. I noticed some rust forming on the rear right tire, I sanded it down and applied this chemical that turns rust into metal, unfortunately it only lasted a month before the rust came back. Should I just go to a bodyshop drop the $150 or so to get it done professionally? Are there other techniques?

Also when the fan dial on the dashboard is fully off, I can still feel air coming out of the vents, can get real annoying when hot air rushes in. Why is it doing that when the fan and vents are off??

Well, just because the fan is turned off does not mean that any air will not continue to blow in as the car is moving. If it bothers you that much, just switch the vents to the floor vents before you turn it off.

Also, you can turn off the individual dash vents.

air will come in even with the fan off...to keep it from being hot just turn the temp dial towards cooler...yes i know that the fan is off but the temp dial will still control whether or not the air is hot.

All You Have To Do Is Press The Button In Th Ac Control For The Air To Recirculate. It Looks Like An Arrow Going In A Circle.thats All.

I'm chuckling a little at someone who doesn't want ANY air -- fresh or otherwise -- circulating in his car! Sounds a bit like my mother-in-law --- she hates have anything "blowing on" her!
