1991 Power Ram 50 No spark No start

I have a 1991 Ram 50 4x4, 5 speed, 320k miles, with a distributor and coil. I have no spark coming out of the coil but I do have voltage to the input side of it. I have checked the fusable links and fuses, replaced the coil, had the computer repaired, and replaced one relay located just under the computer and still no spark. When I turn the key to the start position I hear a loud "CLICK" come from one of the relays located just under the ECM(computer) So I replaced tht one and still no spark. Also when I turn the engine over I don't see any deflection on the tach(maybe I don't have enough RPMs to register but it looks dead to me). I don't know if the ignition module could cause all these problems or not and that's a $140 part from Dodge so I don't want to replace it unless that's the next logical step. Also after I reinstalled the computer the horn beeped once or twice while I was trying to start it.
