Not that it really gives you more HP it just changes the VTEC cut in and redline...I guess with the VTEC coming in at 2500RPM instead of 3800RPM (i think that is stock? correct me if i'm wrong) you might notice a little power gain (and decrease in fuel milage) and it ups the redline to 8500rpm.
3 questions to ask yourself
1. Is your car AT or MT? If it is AT the the increased redline will do nothing for you since the shifts are controlled via the TCM (unless you shift the car yourself)
2. are the extra rpm's actually in a usable power band or are you just winding the engine out, wearing out all the moving parts faster and most likely causing the engine to run lean increasing the risk of detonation.
3. Are you drag racing, as in legally, if so this will likely shave a little off of your ET's but that's about it
as a side note i don't think this will work in the V6 since in 94 they didn't make a V6 and this module works on a 94 EX...it is most likely for the I4, but you can always ask the seller via e-mail
Also i have seen these for sale before, you actually have to open up your ECU and remove the existing chip and solder in their chip, screw it up and you get to buy a new ECU
Good Luck!
