I Have A 95 Integra That I Turbo Charged... It Was Completed About 2-3 Months Ago... The Car Drives Great And Is Boosting Good (as I Expected)... I Did A Compression Test On It And It Seems To Be Good... I Also Took Off My Head To See If Anything Was Wrong With It, The Vales, Valve Seals, And Everything Still Looked Good... I Dont Know Why My Car Smokes Alot... Everytime I Start It And Drive It, It Would Blow Out A Huge Grayish Cloud Of Smoke... I Know Its Not A Coolant Leak Too... Some Guy Told Me That I Should Tap My Oil Line To The Top Of The Oil Pan, But I Dont Think That Is The Problem... My Turbo Isnt Fried Yet Too... During That 2-3 Months I Had To Change My Oil 3 Times, Even Though It Didnt Hit Its 3000 Mile Mark... The Oil Is Really Black, It Looks Like As If I Didnt Change It For Several Months... I Dont Know Whats Going On, Can Anyone Help...

turbo seals? i was once going to buy a mitsu 3000gt vr4, because the guy was too lazy to bring it in to see what was the matter with it and all he had was blown turbo seals. it smoked a lot like yours (i can imagine from description). the turbo my be bad. what kind of oil are you running? maybe you need to switch to a higher grade because it seems that you are getting thermal breakdown. Also maybe invest in an oil cooler. your oil setup(i am assuming is stock) isnt made for turbo usage. an oil cooler cost like $50 new or something like that. i am not saying that is your problem it is just a guess. go and post at www.homemadeturbo.com . they have some pretty smart turbo-heads over there.

the return oil line from the turbo has to go at the top of the oil pan, is it ?

what is your a/f at ?

also does it smoke all the time or only right when you press the gas for the first 2nd, does it do it all the time or only in some circumstances ?

i dont have a oil cooler yet, but i was thinking of getting one... also iam running mobile 15w50 oil... this guy told me to mount the oil line on top of the pan, so thats what i might do to see if that solves the problem... yes my car smokes all the time, when i start it, and when iam driving it, i always smokes and never stop smoking... my a/f is sitting at rich, but when i drive or step on gas, it will move to lean or whatever, but it always sits at rich, and would never move out of there...

going to lean not good....do a compression test or a leak down test. if compression and leak down tests are ok...im guessing turbo seals. also are you running a fmu or a fuel management system? if you running a fmu get rid of it and get 450 injectors and hondata and get it tuned....well worth it.

i bet yoru using one of those stupid autometer a/f gauges right, hooked up to your stock o2 sensor, am i right ?

i had the exact problem when i turboed my ls. about a month later the engine died. the piston rings gave out and i think i cracked the sleeves. and i was only boosting 8psi with a t3 turbo. i had the safc2, and the vortech fmu.
