help im a dumbass

alright im planning an engine swap my my 93 del sol Si, should i go with b18c1 or a jdm motor? which would be easier to tune

yes u are a dumbass...j/k with ya. The JDM motor only has 10 more hp and slightly higher compression; so if you can find a USDM one for cheaper I'd jsut go with that. But you shouldn't really need to tune anything unless you're planning on building up the motor or going forced induction, really no point because the ECU will do all the work for you. But if you're planning on replacing the internals of the engine for either one of those reasons then definently get the USDM version if you can get it for cheaper.

thx dude, but heres the scenario: i have a friend who can get me the jdm motor w/like 40k miles on it for cheap, but i wondered if like intake headers, manifold, etc. can be installed easily or if they have to be ordered for japan like the motor

It's the same motor, why would you need to order parts from japan?

it is the exact same motor, they are tuned a little bit differently that's all.

Any B series swap will be fine.
