What's a site to find good grills to go behind a body kit? (92 Civic HB Black Widow)

Just go to a store like Home Depot, they sell mesh that you can make a grill out of.

how do you make them and attach them?

esp

you cut them bigger then what you need and then epoxy them to the inside of your bumper. this is with the bumper off of course.
