2004 Headlight Adjustmenthiwayman 09-29-2004, 08:38 PM I cannot seem to locate any how to threads (or articles for that matter) on the net regarding adjusting the headlamps on my 2004 Silverado. I had the dealership adjust my torsion bars and headlights however I dont like the headlight adjustment I ended up with (need to move them up a bit). As a guess is it the star shaped nut on top (gold colored)? Thanks hiwayman 10-02-2004, 08:34 PM No one has adjusted their headlamps or knows someone who has?????? huminski 10-05-2004, 02:50 PM It is that star shaped nut. Turn it and it will raise and lower the beams. hiwayman 10-05-2004, 06:51 PM Thanks alot, I appreciate the info jeverett 10-27-2004, 11:43 AM There is also a screw that adjusts the side-to-side of the lamp. huminski 10-29-2004, 12:59 PM I didn't see it on my truck, didn't really look for it though.... jeverett 11-03-2004, 02:12 PM I gotta look for it again, I just busted my passenger side light out, so it oughta be easy to find. rwk152 01-02-2005, 01:07 AM This was the only place on the net i could find the answer. Now i don't have to get torqued every time some one flashes their high beams. Thanks emmitt69 01-02-2005, 06:53 AM Screw it, flash your highs right back at 'em, that should make em think twice!
