Clear coat chipping!!

I know my blazer isnt the newest thing on the block but being an 88 it has minimal rust spots and on the hood it has a little spot that the clear coat has decided it doesnt want to stick there anymore. It is about a 6 inch by 6 inch spot on the hood near the drivers door that is chipping, I was wondering if i had to get the whole thing repainted or if there was anything i could get like in a spray can to spray on.

Thanks
Cameron
