skyline NOS pricecrazyclown2 09-29-2004, 06:15 AM how much does a big NOS canister cost for a skyline (or any car for that matter) dont tell the cops i asked  SkylineUSA 09-29-2004, 08:02 AM N2O? You mean bottle? EvoCrazy 09-29-2004, 12:29 PM I think those are universal. What kind of Skyline do you have? ZedEx 09-29-2004, 03:11 PM Dont think he does... ... A Dinitrate Monoxide system for a Skyline would be about the same as for Twin Turbo Zed... So Im guessing not cheap :D -Wes geofroley 09-29-2004, 06:44 PM Yea, sounds like a poser doesnt he? All he was asking for was help. rrrage 09-30-2004, 11:16 AM lol... well many get annoyed when people call it NOS instead of nitrous. NOS is a brand. makes people think you've been watching fnf too much ;) rrrage 09-30-2004, 12:20 PM i enjoyed both movies :) (the big dodge charger was great - besides when they wrecked it)... however, the effects they've had on some people is what annoys me. they introduced "nos" to people who aren't very fluent with cars. the general notion is.... you push the nos button and the car goes fast, nos makes a car fast, a car with nos is the fastest etc. other than that... it's like if an expert army man sees a war movie he's going to be pointing out faults to show how much of an expert he is. same kinda thing with cars and the movies. rsxer45 09-30-2004, 04:15 PM dont tell the cops i asked  that is the funniest thing i heard all day crazyclown2 09-30-2004, 10:14 PM i hope u were laughing with me, not at me....... nah dont get me wrong i know i should say n2o instead of NOS but i like NOS better. if u dont like seeing try hards who think they know a lot about cars, dont go to my skool. kids think that u can just get a volvo, put n2o in it and it will be good. im not a try hard, i know that everyone in this whole site knows 100000 times more about cars than me. i just like to think i know a lot :D crazyclown2 09-30-2004, 11:28 PM i have to admit, fnf teaches u a lot about cars for a movie. i learnt the name of many car parts...but i dont really like the first race, too much speed blurs and not enough realism. also wish brian had a chance to race at race wars. infested shadow guy, u have a car? SkylineUSA 10-01-2004, 01:15 AM Guys, this is a car forum. Can we keep it that way? Read up on N2O, then ask a valid question, please. Turboed car will almost multipi the N2O shot by 2. So if you run a 50 shot it will turn into a 100 shot, but it varies in the rpm band because of the heat difference. SkylineUSA 10-01-2004, 01:21 AM To anwser your question, it depends on who you run? Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS), ZEX, Nitrous Express, ets. Google it:) SkylineUSA 10-01-2004, 12:07 PM who me? or skyline USA Son, he aint talkin about me :shakehead jmrev 10-01-2004, 09:59 PM this is what happens when people see 2fast2gay2see......they see a skyline and ask how do you get one, can i put Nos?...sorry to flame but N20 is the stupidest thing since Civics that Drift. AvAlAnChE1090 10-02-2004, 12:02 AM ROFL wow Nissan-Fan 10-02-2004, 12:33 AM Well, now that we're talking about Nitrous Oxide, i have a question. I know my car stuff, but i dont know alot about N2O. I know that a turbocharged car cant use nitrous oxide even close to the extend that a N/A car can, and i want to know why this is? is it because of the hotter air produced by the turbo? lol, and dont tell me the nitrous could explode, cuz thats a load. mad rap skillz. Thanks. InfestedShadow 10-02-2004, 12:34 AM this is what happens when people see 2fast2gay2see......they see a skyline and ask how do you get one, can i put Nos?...sorry to flame but N20 is the stupidest thing since Civics that Drift. Nice point man, and with Nitrous, you can blow your engine, somethng that no one want SkylineUSA 10-02-2004, 02:00 AM Well, now that we're talking about Nitrous Oxide, i have a question. Thanks. Its harder to tune, that is what it comes down too. N2O loves compression, when you boost what are you actually doing? Yep, increasing compression. crazyclown2 10-02-2004, 02:11 AM look it up on www.howstuffworks.com SkylineUSA 10-02-2004, 02:16 AM  SkylineUSA 10-02-2004, 02:29 AM Clown, Do you have any input on the subject? SkylineUSA 10-02-2004, 04:47 AM I figured that since you read how stuff works, that you might have some insight? crazyclown2 10-02-2004, 04:57 AM here: Nitrous oxide has another effect that improves performance even more. When it vaporizes, nitrous oxide provides a significant cooling effect on the intake air. When you reduce the intake air temperature, you increase the air's density, and this provides even more oxygen inside the cylinder. If you want to read the whole thing go to http://auto.howstuffworks.com/question259.htm and theres a full explanation. Nissan-Fan 10-02-2004, 05:14 AM Lol, i know how it works. crazyclown2 10-02-2004, 05:25 AM well not all of us do;) well, most of us do but ifs for those who dont RazorGTR 10-06-2004, 04:54 PM Ok I've let this continue long enough. You want to carry on a conversation that isn't part of a thread then do it in pm. Warnings will be going out to those involved and those who's input was about as worthless as tits on a bull. If you don't get one over the next 24hs don't worry, if you do get one it is best you read and adhear to them if you wish to carry on as a member of AF.
