lumpy idle, what gives??

Problem: After car heats up to opperating tempitures, The car has a lumpy idle, and upon accelerating, the car is extremely jearky. What is the issue???

The car is a 98 Honda CR-V

The ironic thing is that it happened after I replaced my drive belts!!!

are your belts to tight? too loose? Did you bump something while changing them. Backtrack your steps if you think your the culprit.
