I own a 1995 escort and i need to drain the radiator, flush with water, and add new coolant, BUT i cant find the drain cock? How do i drain the radiator?

on my 96 it is on the right at the bottom. its a plastic tee type plug it unscrews but doesnt come out. just did my daughters today. funny thing was the coolant error came on and wouldnt go out. guess it was a air pocket. good luck
