Wondering if anyone can give me some information on enabling the auto lock feature on my 2001 1500hd. Doors currently does not lock when moving from park. Seems like I've heard of others who have locks set up to lock doors when moving from park and then unlock when going back into park. Trying to keep the wife and kids from baling when I come to a stoplight! :evillol:

on the 01's the autolock doesn't lock the doors till you hit 15 MPH. Its not linked to the shift lever. If you want them to lock at 15 MPH and they current arent... do this:
1) with key off, pull back brights lever on turn signal and hold it back.
2) turn the ignision on and off 2 times.
3) with the ignision now off again, release the brights lever. (the door locks will cycle)
4) Press the lock button once.
5) press the unlock button twice.

that should do it!
