1994 Ranger - Possible electrical problems

I have this '94 that has developed speedometer needle problems at 40 mph and higher.

And the fule gauge does not seem to work correctly after 1/2 fuel and the charge gauge does not always want to work correctly.

Do I have a grounding problem in my dash as part of my problem ?
